Second Chef / Sous Chef
Full Time
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Second Chef / Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Raphael’s.
You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and receive full training in our kitchen procedures, menu and presentation standards. Once trained, you’ll also take responsibility for leading the kitchen during the Head Chef’s days off.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid professional kitchen experience
- Confidence working across different kitchen sections
- Organised, responsible and calm under pressure
- High standards of food quality and presentation
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Ability to lead and coordinate the kitchen team when required
- Good working level of English
- Willingness to learn and follow Raphael’s standards

Second Waiter / Assistant Head Waiter
Full Time
We are looking for an experienced, professional and reliable Second Waiter / Assistant Head Waiter to join our front-of-house team at Raphael’s.
You’ll work closely with our Head Waiter and receive full training in our service standards, menu and daily restaurant operation. Once trained, you’ll also help lead and coordinate the front-of-house team during the Head Waiter’s days off.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid restaurant service experience
- Confident spoken English
- Friendly and professional customer service
- Organised, responsible and calm under pressure
- Ability to coordinate and support the waiting team
- Confidence handling guest requests and resolving problems professionally
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service
- Willingness to learn and maintain Raphael’s service standards
